Your personal data will be processed in order to provide you with access to the services provided by the Administrator through our websites, as well as for other purposes as described below.
If you undertake to contact us or if you confirm that you will correspond with us by electronic, contact or other means of communication, please stop sending correspondence.
Under the legal basis of such processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which in this case will be to rely on conducting correspondence.
In certain cases, the legal basis may be Article 6(1)(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing for the performance of activities before entering into an agreement with you – if the correspondence is aimed at concluding an agreement with us.
If, using our website or another portal, you have sent us your application for a position, we will process your data to the extent necessary and relevant for the recruitment process. For this purpose, we will process your identification, contact, and information data that you have provided to us, i.e., in particular your first name and surname, address, email address, and information that you have sent us.
The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(1)(b) or (c) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing for the performance of actions necessary before entering into an employment contract or contract for the provision of services, as well as processing necessary to fulfill our legal obligations related to conducting recruitment processes. We will also process your personal data such as: name and surname, contact details, date of birth, education, qualifications, and employment history for purposes arising from applicable law provisions (Article 6(1)(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR), when only such data as required by law is provided to us in your application.
The storage period for personal data depends on the duration of the recruitment process. After completing the recruitment process, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years. If you express consent to your data being used for future recruitment processes occurring within a 12-month period, the Administrator may also use your data in subsequent recruitment processes.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and such a situation the right to withdraw your consent to this does not affect its lawfulness.
In the event that we organize events, training courses, or webinars, we will process your data in order to ensure your participation in such events. We will process your identification data, and the legal basis for such processing will be Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator, or your expressed consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent at any time, however, this will not affect the processing that took place before its withdrawal.
In the event that we meet you at trade fairs, conferences, or other networking events, we may process your data in order to establish and maintain business contact. For this purpose, we will process your identification, contact, and information data that you provide to us, in particular: first name and surname, telephone number, email address, company name, and position.
The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which in this case will be establishing and maintaining business relationships and potential commercial cooperation. In the event that you have expressed consent to the processing of data during the event, the legal basis will also be Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
The storage period for personal data depends on the nature of the established contact. If cooperation is not established, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 2 years from the moment of their acquisition. In the case of established cooperation, the data will be processed for the duration of this cooperation and for the period required by law after its completion.
In the event that you have given consent to receive one of our our newsletters, we will process your data in order to send marketing information, news, offers, and other content related to our brands. For this purpose, we will process your identification and contact data, in particular: first name and surname, company, position and email address.
The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of receiving the newsletter. Consent may be withdrawn by you at any time, however, this will not affect the processing that took place before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent can be made by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter message or by sending a message to our email address.
The storage period for personal data depends on the duration of consent. After withdrawal of consent, your data will be immediately removed from the newsletter subscriber database, unless their further processing is necessary for the implementation of other purposes arising from separate legal bases.
We may also process your personal data for the purposes of implementing objectives related to direct marketing of our brands, products and services. For this purpose, we will process your identification, contact data, and information about the company with which you cooperate.
The legal basis for such processing will be the necessity of processing for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e., the consent of the data subject (or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting of marketing the Administrator’s products and services. In those situations where the legal basis for processing is your consent – in such a situation you have the right to withdraw this consent.
In the event that you wish to obtain access to our API available at product.amtra.co, we will process your personal data provided in the registration form (name, surname, company name, registration and address data, position, telephone number, e-mail address) as well as information about your use of the API.
The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing for the performance of the agreement on access to the API (this agreement constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions). We will process your data for the entire duration of your account’s existence.
We collect data directly from you in connection with your use of our website or contact form, and the scope of this data largely depends on you.
